Roles & Responsibilities: You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining EHS management systems in line with organizational policies and statutory requirements. You will be responsible forconducting safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections to identify hazards and drive corrective actions. You will be responsible forensuring compliance with local, state, and national EHS regulations , including Factories Act, PCB norms, and ISO standards. You will be responsible fordeveloping and delivering EHS training programs for employees and contractors to build a strong safety culture. You will be responsible forleading and supporting incident/accident investigations , conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. You will be responsible forcoordinating with regulatory bodies, auditors, and consultants for statutory approvals, inspections, and certifications. You will be responsible formonitoring, analyzing, and reporting EHS KPIs , including accidents, near misses, waste management, and energy efficiency. You will be responsible forsupporting implementation of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or equivalent EHS certifications . You will be responsible fordriving sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation, water management, waste reduction, and emissions control. You will be responsible forpromoting a “Safety-First” culture across all levels of the organization Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
