We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our firm as an Associate HRBP. As a leading player in the legal industry, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, ethics, and service. With multiple offices nationwide, our firm specializes in providing comprehensive legal services to a diverse range of clients. As an Associate HRBP, you will support the HR Business Partner team in various HR functions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the HR department's smooth operation and contribute to our organization's overall success. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR and a passion for the legal field to join a dynamic and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the HR Business Partner team in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.- Support the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.- Manage and track employee performance evaluations and assist in implementing performance improvement plans.- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, ensuring compliance with legal and industry requirements.- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a positive employee experience.- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field,- Minimum of (2-3 years) of experience in an HR role, preferably in the legal industry.- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations,- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion,- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software,- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
