Job Summary:

As a Social Media Manager at Value4Brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our clients' social media strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive social media plans, creating engaging content, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.

  2. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

  3. Manage and maintain clients' social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and monitoring brand mentions.

  4. Conduct regular social media audits and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.

  5. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to design and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

  6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.

  7. Monitor social media metrics and provide in-depth reports to clients, focusing on performance and ROI.

  8. Foster community growth and engagement, interacting with followers, and managing online reputation.

  9. Develop and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and audience targeting.

  10. Stay informed about emerging platforms and technologies, recommending innovative social media strategies.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

  2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  3. Profound knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

  4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

  5. Strong copywriting and visual content creation skills.

  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  7. Ability to think both creatively and strategically.

  8. Analytical mind set with the ability to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.

  9. Experience with planning and executing paid social media advertising campaigns is highly desirable.

  10. Certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint) are advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
