Objective of role:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in the visual storytelling and branding of TVS products. You will work closely with various teams to create compelling and effective designs that resonate with our target audience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and Visual Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with the brand team to ideate and create engaging visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
  • Develop and design graphics for various platforms including websites, social media, print media, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist in developing branding materials, including logos and other promotional items.

Social Media Content Development:

  • Work with the social media team to create weekly content, ensuring it is visually appealing and consistent with our brand's tone and style.
  • Design social media graphics, infographics, and other multimedia content.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.

Adapting Content for Marketing and Customer Experience:

  • Adapt existing content for use in performance marketing campaigns, ensuring it meets the specific requirements of different advertising platforms.
  • Work closely with the customer experience (CX) team to create visually appealing designs for email campaigns, WhatsApp, and other customer communications.

Collaboration with External Agencies:

  • Provide design counsel and support to external agencies, ensuring that all outsourced designs maintain the integrity of our brand.
  • Review and approve designs submitted by external partners, providing constructive feedback when necessary.

Project Management and Team Collaboration:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members from different departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to design.

Required Qualification:

  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, design skills, and a diversity of projects, Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Functional knowledge of AI Art Generation and new trends in AI.
