This is a fully remote position, ideal for candidates able to Work from home. You’ll independently manage and coordinate BIM processes for mechanical systems within construction projects, collaborating closely with project teams.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage BIM coordination for mechanical (MEP) systems in construction projectsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data integrationUtilize Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque, and apply pipe and duct fabrication/construction standards throughout project deliveryReview, model, and troubleshoot MEP systems and provide proactive solutions aligned with site and construction requirementsQualificationsAt least 5 years of hands-on experience with Revit for MEP projectsStrong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordinationAbility to model Mechanical room to the fabrication level detail from schematics is must.Proficiency with Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque toolsKnowledgeable in pipe and duct fabrication and construction standardsProven ability to handle projects independently and work collaboratively within teamsStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsSite experience is highly preferredWhy Join XD Build?We offer a collaborative, innovative environment where your expertise will make a real impact.
