Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of landscape architecture projects, including design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that respond to project requirements, site context, and client objectives.
Prepare and present compelling design proposals, presentations to clients
Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure seamless project coordination and integration.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior landscape architects and designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and evolving regulations in landscape architecture.
Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and presentations
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
6+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture, with a demonstrated focus on project leadership and management.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects.
Exceptional design skills and a passion for creating beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable design principles is a plus
