About the Role:


End to end Sales Incentive Payout process for Schneider Electric sales businesses. It will involve working closely with Business Leaders, Sales, Finance & Rewards teams.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sales Incentive Process Management:

· Identification of SIP eligible employees & ongoing management of this list for role movements, exits, new joiners etc.)

· Alignment of Country SIP framework with Global Rewards & Sales Ops guidelines (KPI & payout curve compliance)

· Employee-wise KPI and target consolidation & compliance check in accordance with the Country guidelines (every time KPI received basis role movements)

· End-to-end processing of employee-wise SIP (Biannual or Quarterly) includes SIP achievement and SIP Payout calculation.

· SIP Data analytics & management reporting

· Driving digitization / continuous process improvement initiatives (like Incent deployment) as & when applicable.


Commercial Excellence Expertize:

Support commercial teams to ensure flawless execution & optimize the operational plans leveraging data/insights.

Be a trustful advisor for the sales leaders.

Utilize multiple channels of data flow to push growth further.

Interact and collaborate with the commercial organization on the deployment and adaption of new tools.

Ensure compliance and adherence to the process through governance mechanism.

Sales excellence benchmarking with other companies.

Knowledge and Skills Required.

· Knowledge on MS Excel advanced is a must.

· Knowledge on MS Power point is required.

· Effective stakeholder management & communication skills required.

· Strong analytical skills required.

· Knowledge on Xactly Incent will be an added advantage.

Desirable

· Knowledge on Excel macros coding and editing

· Sales process Knowhow

· SAP, Power BI, Tableau or any other BI tools.

Educational qualification and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or Post graduation.

· Minimum of 12 to15 years of experience in data analytics and reporting
