About the jobWe at Accolade Electronics are on the look-out for a highly motivated and experienced Sr. RF Engineer to join our team to Design, development, testing, and optimization of RF solutions for IoT and automotive telematics products.Job Description- Hands-on design and development of IoT products and automotive telematics solutions.- Design, test, and troubleshoot GSM, GPS, Wi-Fi, BLE, and Bluetooth modules and circuits.- Develop and optimize antenna design, tuning, and placement within compact embedded devices.- Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD) for schematic capture and layout review.- Use appropriate evaluation tools and development kits to assess module performance, signal quality, and system-level behaviour.- Perform RF measurements, debugging, and validation using advanced test and simulation equipment.- Support module selection, vendor coordination, and benchmarking of RF performance.- Liaise with global wireless module vendors (e.g., Quectel, u-blox, Sierra Wireless) for sourcing and integration.- Work with suppliers for module/chipset integration, testing, and qualification.- Apply knowledge of GNSS multi-constellation systems for enhanced positioning solutions.- Analyze, debug, and resolve RF issues related to interference, noise, sensitivity, and range limitations.- Work with and implement relevant network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS) for connectivity and data
