WHAT YOU SHALL DO?


We are seeking a skilled Finance Executive to join our KL finance function. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, excel in managing and analyzing data using advanced Excel functions, and exhibit a high level of attention to detail. The Finance Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial data and effective reconciliation processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve these objectives.


  • Perform month-end closure activities , including preparation and posting of accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to efficiently manage and manipulate large volumes of financial data.
  • Conduct reconciliations using Excel formulas like vlookup, Pivot Tables, and other functions to verify and balance financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to gather necessary data for reconciliation purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Provide support during audits by compiling and organizing financial documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of accounting software , including Tally, to streamline financial processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure data integrity.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance department.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?


  • Bachelor's degree/CA Inter qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • We’re looking for folks with 2-4 years of experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like vlookup, Pivot Tables etc.
  • Prior experience in handling month-end closure activities and accounting entries.
  • Familiarity with Tally software is an added advantage.
  •   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
