Job Description

Products and Cloud Engineering & Operations

business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry leading SaaS solutions to deliver true automation for the CFO’s office. As a global team, they create and execute the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development, and product launches for Basware’s global product portfolio. Together with other Baswareans, Products and Cloud Engineering & Operation ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.As a

Cloud Operation Engineer,

you will be handling day-to-day tasks, the escalation from Tier 1 team, managing shifts, participating in platform changes.You would get opportunities to work on the task independently and also share some of them with other team members.As a Cloud Operation Engineer, you will also participate in the development of new processes in both a supporting role as a well in a coordination/lead role on selected projects.As a cloud operation engineer, you would also need to manage service outages and coordinate them with various departments.

Skills & Requirements

What we are looking for4+ years of experience in ITExperience in implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Linux/Unix/WindowsExcellent database knowledge(Oracle, SQL, MongoDB)Expertized Knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Dyantrace, Solarwinds.Individual contributor to drive change and root-cause analysis tickets with minimal guideline.Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in a Technology field, related certificationsGood to have basic understanding of AWS and how it workCompetencies and other soft skills (leadership, time management, organization skills, communications skills, etc.)At Basware, you will be part of dynamic and forward-looking company.
