Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates). Must have US Staffing experience in IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Non IT / BP / BFSI / Marketing / Creative requirements for only worked Direct clients on W2 experience. Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U. Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools. Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database. To understand the of IT /Engineering / Aerospace / Semiconductor / Business Professional/BFSI /Non IT requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources. Sourcing and screening potential IT/ Business Professional/Engineering/ Pharma from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame. To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders. Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively. Must have minimum 2-4 years hiring experience into IT /Engineering / Semiconductor / Aerospace / Business Professional/BFSI / Non IT recruitment with direct clients only. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
