Key Responsibilities:
Project Report Preparation:·
Prepare detailed project reports, including financial projections, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.·
Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for project viability and profitability.
Fund Raising:·
Develop and implement strategies for raising funds through equity and debt.·
Engage with investors and banks to secure funding for various projects.·
Prepare and present financial proposals to potential investors and financial institutions.·
Maintain relationships with existing investors and financial partners.
Financial Management:·
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.·
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.·
Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.·
Oversee the duties of the accounting team (inter alia includes maintaining books of accounts, GST returnspreparation, Income Tax computation, Quarterly & yearly accounts as per the SEBI norms and other relatedactivities).Stakeholder Management:·
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives.·
Provide financial advice and support to senior management and project teams.
