Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Representative & Telesales representative. This position involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, presenting and promoting our travel services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. The representative will be responsible for both sales and marketing efforts, including participating in marketing campaigns and conducting training sessions for clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Skills in Sales & Marketing, including promoting and presenting products
  • Experience in conducting Training sessions
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
