We are Having Openings Dynamics CRM Developer for one of our MNC Client in Bangalore location.

Payroll : Quess.

Position : C2H.

Experience : 7 to 10 Years.

Location : Bangalore.

Work Mode : Hybrid.

Interview Mode : Virtual.

Round of Interview : 2 Rounds of interview.

Shift : Rotational Shift.

JD :

Role: Sr.Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support and enhance organization's SharePoint environment.

- Focus on managing team sites and collaboration sites, primarily utilizing out-of-the-box SharePoint features.

- Focus on enhancing CRM solutions to meet organizational needs.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities, including out-of-the-box features.

- Set up, configure, and maintain SharePoint team sites and collaboration sites.

- Ensure sites are user-friendly and optimized for efficiency and collaboration.

- Perform regular maintenance of SharePoint environment.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.

- Stay current with SharePoint updates and best practices.

- Implement strategies to enhance user experience and system performance.

- Manage user access, roles, and permissions.

- Support and maintain Dynamics 365 environment.

- Focus on enhancing CRM solutions to meet organizational needs.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities, including out-of-the-box features.

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 external systems capabilities.

- Implement and manage workflows, dashboards, and reports within the Dynamics 365 platform.

- Implement system enhancements and upgrades as needed while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.

- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between Dynamics 365 and other platforms like Oracle, SharePoint, Twilio, DCP, and Click Dimensions.

- Monitor integration points to ensure smooth data flow and system coherence.

- Ensure data integrity and security within the Dynamics 365 environment.
