Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our Gold Loan division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales or customer service within the Banking or NBFC sector and a strong understanding of financial products, particularly gold loans.Key Responsibilities:- Generate new business by promoting gold loan products to potential customers.- Manage walk-in customers effectively and ensure prompt service.- Conduct initial evaluation of gold ornaments for loan processing as per company policy.- Maintain healthy relationships with existing customers for repeat business.- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines during loan processing.- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and disbursement.- Maintain proper records and MIS reports for daily branch activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or gold loan operations within the Banking or NBFC sector.- Good knowledge of gold loan products and market practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer-centric approach with a proactive attitude.
