Sales Executive – Travel Company
(Location: Ahmedabad | Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after bookings
- Follow up on leads, close sales, and upsell/cross-sell products
- Maintain records using CRM tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, CRM software, and MS Office
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
