Sales Executive – Travel Company
(Location: Ahmedabad | Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after bookings
  • Follow up on leads, close sales, and upsell/cross-sell products
  • Maintain records using CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with WhatsApp Business, CRM software, and MS Office
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
