Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Required Technical Skill SetProven experience as an Oracle Cloud Reports DeveloperStrong understanding of Oracle Coud Reports Developer or similar role.Hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher and other Oracle Cloud reporting toolsProficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and data modelingExperience with data visualization tools and techniquesKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Oracle Cloud applications (Oracle ERP, HCM, Payroll, Procurement & SCM)Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.Create and manage data models, data sets and reporting structures.Develop reports using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher and other Oracle Cloud reporting toolsEnsure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboardsPerform unit testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing for reportsTroubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and provide ongoing support and maintenanceMaintain documentation of reporting processes, configuration and solutions
