We are currently looking for seeking a skilled and experienced Website/Ecommerce Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
Manage and update products across our Shopify and Myntra platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings.
Monitor and maintain stock levels, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure seamless inventory management.
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers, driving sales and brand loyalty.
Utilize technical expertise in Shopify to customize and optimize the online store for enhanced user experience and conversion rates.
Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings.
Analyze website and ecommerce performance metrics, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ecommerce trends to management.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in a website management with a D2C brand
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience working with Shopify and Myntra platforms, with hands-on technical proficiency.
Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, including product management, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
Demonstrated expertise in email marketing strategies and tools, with a track record of successful campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and practices, with experience in optimizing website content and structure for search engines.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
