About Us
We are a fast-growing recruitment consulting firm specializing in US IT Staffing. To support
our expanding operations, we are seeking a Senior HR Admin who will take ownership of
HR administration, compliance, and consultant support for our US recruitment business.
The role requires leadership, precision, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination
across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR administrative functions for US recruitment.
- Oversee onboarding formalities, contracts, compliance records, and
consultant lifecycle management.
- Maintain and review employee records, trackers, databases, and HR reports
with high accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact between recruiters, consultants, management,
and external stakeholders.
- Supervise timesheet collection, payroll coordination, and invoicing support.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing laws, client policies, and internal SOPs.
- Mentor junior HR admins and support staff on processes and best practices.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and
consultant experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR / Admin support roles, preferably in US
recruitment/staffing.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations, compliance, contracts, and
documentation.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle consultants and
management effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-paced, night-shift
environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with HR tools/ATS is a
plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 per month (based on experience & expertise).
