Your opportunity:As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you'll handle enterprise aspects of ourSalesforce.com platform. To be successful, you'll understand business requirements,translate them to effective solutions, and socialize those solutions among yourcolleagues and business partners.

The Senior Salesforce Administrator role will be part of our Business Applications Teamat New Relic, working side by side with Salesforce Administrators and Developers. Weutilize agile principles and the scrum framework to deliver high-quality build iterationswithin the tools we manage.

In addition to our San Francisco office reopening in 2022, we are considering remotecandidates in locations where New Relic can do business, working West Coast hours

What you’ll do:● Talk to end-users and operations leaders to understand requirements, challengeassumptions when appropriate, and translating those requirements into technicalspecifications.● Build new features and functionality in our Salesforce Org with custom objects,custom fields, page layouts, and lightning pages.● Automate processes with workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, andflows.● Identify reports and dashboards to measure the impact of build iterations.● Support end-users in real-time with issues relating to Salesforce and supportedapplications.● Deliver projects through our release management process.● Lead all aspects of 3rd party application use and support.

This role requires:

● Salesforce Administrator Experience;● Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification;● Understanding of data structures, data modeling, & database schema;● Experience building with Salesforce Lightning User Interface;● Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills;● Strong business acuity in sales operations and customer success● Analytical skills to improve quality of iterative builds;● Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolveproblems at all levels of the organization.Bonus points if you have:● Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ with Docusign and Billing (e.g. Zuora)integration highly desirable● Experience with Gainsight strongly preferred● Experience with Anaplan preferred● Agile scrum master or product owner training● Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems,Business or the equivalent related experience
