Senior Civil Structural Engineer (10+ Years Experience)Location: Lower Parel, MumbaiHiring for our partner company: Antilla Estate Private LimitedIndustry: Real Estate / Construction / EngineeringAbout the Role:We are hiring a Senior Civil Structural Engineer for our partner company Antilla Estate Private Limited, a leading real estate developer known for premium residential and commercial projects in Mumbai.The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in structural design, analysis, and site coordination, with a proven ability to deliver technically sound, cost-effective, and constructible solutions. This is a full-time position based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with occasional site visits as required.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the design and analysis of RCC, steel, and composite structures for residential and commercial projects.- Review and validate design calculations, structural drawings, and specifications as per applicable codes (IS, ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode).- Collaborate with architects, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design coordination and buildability.- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design or structural issues.- Guide and mentor junior engineers and draftsmen.- Ensure design quality, safety, and compliance with client and statutory requirements.- Contribute to innovation in design, BIM integration, and sustainability practices.Required Qualifications & Skills:- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred).- 10+ years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering.- Strong knowledge of structural codes and standards (IS, ACI, AISC, Eurocode, BS).- Proficient in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, Tekla, Revit, and related software.- Solid understanding of construction materials, detailing, and methodologies.- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.Preferred Background:- Experience in high-rise residential or commercial structures.- Exposure to seismic design, retrofitting, and value engineering.- Experience working with premium real estate developers or consultants.Why Join Antilla Estate:- Opportunity to work on landmark real estate projects in Mumbai.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Competitive salary and professional growth opportunities.
