Diploma in Industrial Safety is preferred/ encouraged. Well versed with OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO-14001:2015 and 9001:2015 management systems.Relevant Industry Exposure: Infrastructure Precast Expertise in Bridges, Heavy Civil Structures, Elevated Railway Tracks etc in handling QA/QC management functions. Building exposure in construction of high-rise buildings is preferred. International experience is preferred.Technical competencies: Thorough understanding of Precast Construction and Methods. Hands on experience of production and installation. Primary focus and expertise on QA/QC and ability and drive to manage and lead EHS Management function for Precast as well.Behavioural Competencies: Ability to lead and drive teams of direct and indirect reports.About the role:Key Deliverables: Oversee multiple Precast Projects execution to set benchmarks, audit projects for standardized compliance across L&T Construction, track and showcase Precast Technology benefits in various infrastructure as well as buildings Precast Construction projects across India for all L&T Construction ICs. The role does not include direct execution responsibility but to monitor and catalyse QA/QC in Precast Construction. The role includes unique additional responsibilities of leading the EHS responsibilities specific to Precast WorksQA/QC Responsibilities:Liaise with the Project Team/Site/Cluster/IC QC Teams on the quality related activities of the project to achieve established benchmarks.Establish global QA/QC benchmarks for Precast Construction across L&T ConstructionEstablish standardized Method Statements for Precast Works and enforce the same at all sites using the Quality Teams at IC/Sites.Establish QA/QC Evaluation Criteria for Precast Yards and Site InstallationConduct periodic Audits to ensure complianceSetup QA/QC training programs for Precast ConstructionBuild Knowledge
