This Individual Contributor role is integral to supporting analytics needs across Credit Risk, Customer Growth, Marketing, and Operations functions within Retail Banking.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and visualization best practices, with hands-on experience in building interactive dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsJob Responsibilities :Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports based on the evolving requirements of various business teams.Develop and optimize data models and semantic layers supporting Credit Risk and Retail Banking analytics. Develop and manage data models and semantic layers to support self-service analytics.Train and support business users on Power BI usage, ensuring effective dashboard creation and report interpretation.Build and maintain self-service BI capabilities in Power BI, enabling end users to create ad hoc reports independently.Optimize the Dashboard and reports to ensure quality, standards, minimize cost are followed.Support Data Lake reporting requirements by developing SQL-based reports as needed.Work closely with regional teams, including risk, collection, operations, and marketing, to deliver impactful solutions.Preferred Experience and Qualifications :Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in computer science/ Statistics/ Data Science/ Engineering3 – 8 years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst within Credit Risk, Retail Banking, or Financial Services.Deep knowledge of Power BI administration, including workspace configuration, dataset management, security setup, and access control (Row-Level Security, Role-Based Access).Proficient in data modeling, DAX functions, and custom function creation in Power BI to handle complex business and analytical scenarios.Good to have: Experience with other visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Looker.Good to have anything done on thePower Automate related workflowsAbove all, I must be a great team player and proactive communicator.
