NagadPe, which means "Settlement in Cash" in Hindi, is on a mission to revolutionise the operations of essential vendors—such as milk and newspaper providers—by providing them with an innovative app that simplifies their financial processes. Our app enables real-time balance tracking through a shared ledger and encourages buyers to settle their dues weekly, helping vendors reduce their working capital needs.
Role: Co-Founder
As a Co-Founder at NagadPe, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the company, driving product development and innovation, and leading the team. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how essential vendors manage their finances, working closely with stakeholders to create lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
Define and drive the strategic vision for NagadPe, including long-term goals and operational strategies.
Lead product development, from ideation to execution, ensuring that our app meets the evolving needs of essential vendors.
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team to scale the company effectively.
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and financial institutions.
Drive innovation, continuously improving the platform’s functionality and user experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in fintech, SaaS, or related industries with a strong track record of leadership and business growth.
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for leveraging technology to transform traditional business models and improve financial inclusion.
