Overview

An associate-level position involves a range of administrative duties with a focus on supporting various aspects of organizational development and change management. The associate actively participates in implementing changes and facilitating organizational growth.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for candidates who -2 or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions2-3 years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutionsExperience with ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLPExperience in program leadership, governance, and change enablementKnowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patternsExperience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizationsHands on experience in developing cloud-based applications and distributed systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or related fieldExperience with innovation acceleratorsExperience with cloud environmentsAre Well-organized and detail-orientedTake ownership to work independently with remote supervisionCan multi-task and meet tight deadlinesAre disciplined and adhere to high-quality standardsIs a strategic thinker; understands how operational activities are vital in supporting the overall strategy of the business

Collaborating with development teams and product managers to create innovative software solutionsManage and direct processes and R&D (research and development) to meet the needs of our AI strategyUnderstand company and client challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help lead to solutionsLead cross-functional teams in identifying and prioritizing key areas of a partner’s business where AI solutions can drive significant business benefitAnalyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standardsWork in tandem with our engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the companyProvide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to developer teams to build their cloud competenciesResponsibilities:Work on functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures, in collaboration with an advanced engineering team and executive leadershipArticulate and document the solutions architecture and lessons learned for each exploration and accelerated incubationManage a team in conducting assessments of the AI and automation market and competitor landscapeServe as liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling team members to make necessary changes in product performance or presentationDevelop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy cloud applications, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modelling, and advanced analyticsYou need to be-Wildly curious and entrepreneurialCommitted to customer successA self-starter invested in your futureA persuasive communicatorDeeply AnalyticalExcited about Disruptive Trends
