Job description

Hiring for Investment Banking team for Gurgaon with experience 1-4 Years in the same domain

Location-GurgaonImmediate Joiners/ 30 Days will be preferred

Responsibilities

Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Technology, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Media / Entertainment, Industrials, Infrastructure, Metal & MiningPreparing pitch books, industry reports, company profiles, company focused discussion documents related to various industries.Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, etc.Meet project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure high client satisfactionConducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packsOther activities include structuring deliverables / teams & developing new capabilities /new research productsDemonstrate strength and experience in client / requester relationship building andmanagement, information / knowledge needs assessment

Required Background

Post-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.)Minimum 1-4 years of experience in the Investment banking spaceLeading and delivering projects, including: o Company profiles and pitch book support o Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries o Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps o Debt comparables, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis o Financial modelingExcellent written and spoken communication skills with experience in Client handlingShould be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word and Power PointWorking knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc
