About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack & AI Engineer  to join the founding tech team . You will be responsible for building AI-powered web and mobile applications end-to-end, from architecture to deployment. This is a hands-on builder role today  with a clear growth path to CTO  as we scale. You’ll work directly with founders and the leadership team, ship products fast, and set the foundation for a global platform.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the architecture:  Design and implement scalable systems across frontend, backend, and AI pipelines.
  • Full stack development:  Build responsive UIs with Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and Flutter; manage robust backends with Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, MongoDB, and WebSockets.
  • AI-first features:  Implement LangChain, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector DBs, and fine-tuned LLM workflows.
  • Data pipelines:  Clean, transform, and optimize datasets to power AI-driven decision systems.
  • Infra & DevOps:  Manage AWS/GCP deployments, Docker, Redis, IaC, CI/CD, observability, and cost-optimized scaling.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with Product and Design teams to ship high-quality user experiences.
  • Leadership:  Mentor junior engineers and help build the future tech team.


Requirements

  • Engineering degree from IIT or Tier-1 institute  (or equivalent strong CS/AI foundation).
  • 5+ years  full stack experience, ideally in SaaS, community platforms, or AI-native startups.
  • Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving .
  • Hands-on with:
  • Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Flutter (iOS/Android).
  • Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Express, Python, MongoDB, REST APIs, WebSockets.
  • AI/ML: LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning.
  • Understanding of transformers, embeddings, vector similarity, prompt engineering .
  • Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, Redis, IaC practices .
  • Passion for code quality, performance, and scalable architecture .
  • Prior exposure to early-stage startups  or working closely with founders.
