Job Title : Full-Stack Developer - MongoDB and Flutter

Job Type : Contract-based, Full-time (10-12 months)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in both MongoDB and Flutter to join our team for an exciting project involving advanced AI-based applications. This is a full-time, contract-based role requiring relocation to the client location in Bathinda, Punjab, for the entire duration of 10-12 months. We are looking for candidates to hire immediately, with work starting from August.

At-least one year of experience with MongoDB and Flutter is a must. Please refrain from applying if you don't have this.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust backend systems to support AI-based applications using MongoDB.

- Design and implement database schemas and optimize database performance.

- Develop and maintain high-quality standalone desktop applications using Flutter.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features for both backend and frontend systems.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and troubleshoot database and backend issues.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

- Manage and integrate Docker containers for various backend services and background processes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on MongoDB and Flutter.

- Proficiency in database design, indexing, and query optimization.

- Proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework is a must.

- Experience with server-side languages such as Python, or similar.

- Experience with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

- Strong understanding of desktop application design principles and user interface guidelines.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerization techniques.

- Strong understanding of data security and data protection best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Please note: Candidates must be highly skilled and ready to contribute from day one. This role is not suitable for those who are still in the learning phase or are looking to develop new skills.

Additional Information :

- This position requires the candidate to relocate to Bathinda, Punjab, for the entire duration of the project (10-12 months).
