Job involves handling and analyzing data related to employees, such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, Performance evaluations and Compliance.* The position is suitable for candidates who want to be part of challenging role that includes service and organizational process support.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesLead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and developmentSet clear objectives and performance expectations for team members, regularly reviewing and providing feedback on their progressManage, measure, control and oversee the work to drive efficiencies in the day to day operationsIndividual will be accountable for providing subject matter expertise for Workday and the Learn digital ecosystemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and implement new HR technologies aligned with organizational goalsStay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovationIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes and analytics through technology, automation, and system enhancementsDevelop and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities within HR systems to support data-driven decision-makingProvide regular insights and metrics to HR leadership to inform strategic initiatives and workforce planning** The work is on shifts some time based on businessSkills, Knowledge and ExperienceMBA / PGDBM (Preferably in Human Resources)Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of HR Data Management and ReportingExperience in managing HR system implementations and integrationsKnowledge on Workday, ServiceNow or equivalent toolsStrong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, think logically, and comfortable working with numbers and statisticsExcellent Communication Skills: Both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgroundsMaturity and Conflict Resolution: Ability to handle conflict resolution and engage in tough conversationsHigh Integrity and Ownership: Demonstrates a strong sense of integrity and takes ownership of responsibilitiesInnovative Thinking: Ability to think outside the box and address unstructured problem statements confidentlyProficient in MS Office suite and Google SheetsApplied Materials is committed to diversity in its workforce including Equal Employment Opportunity for Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.
