Job Title: Salesforce Effectiveness & Analytics

Reporting to: Salesforce Operations lead

Job Grade: 7-l

Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company’s integrity & quality standards Driving a corporate culture that promotes environment, health, and safety (EHS) mindset and operational discipline at the workplace at all times. Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace. Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self Compliance to Syngene’ s quality standards at all times Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time

Core Purpose of the Role: The role is in the commercial department responsible for Salesforce Effectiveness & Business Closure analytics

Role Accountabilities:

Salesforce Enhancements and Optimizations UAT testing and production deployment Salesforce User management Data Management and Analytics Salesforce reports & dashboard management

Specific requirements for this role

Experience

Candidate should have 5 to 7 years overall experience in Salesforce ecosystem. Exposure to pharmaceutical or related industry is an added advantage.

Technical/functional skills

Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other related CRM Tools Deep understanding of CRM Sales and Quote to Cash processes Hands-on experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) & providing confirmations on deployment of new changes to the production environment Hands-on experience with Salesforce reports & dashboards, and other Sales Analytics technologies Robust analytics and presentation skills with excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong influencing skills with experience getting things done through others Ability to work collaboratively across organizational lines Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Education

MBA with a Life Sciences background is preferable. However, if you are qualified with relevant Salesforce certifications (Business analyst, administration, developer) and working experience but not an MBA, please don’t hesitate to apply for this position
