Job Title: Senior Ariba Consultant

Job type: Remote

Years of Experience: 6+ Years

Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and consulting.Must have successfully completed 4-5 SAP Ariba demonstrations or end-to-end implementations.Proven expertise in at least two or more SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Sourcing, Procurement, Contracts).Experience in integrating SAP Ariba with SAP ECC/S/4HANA or other ERP systems.Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba architecture, configuration, and customization.Proficiency in tools like Ariba Network, Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG), and Ariba APIs.Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier onboarding, and e-invoicing.

Soft Skills:Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Certifications:SAP Ariba certifications (e.g., Ariba Procurement, Ariba Sourcing) are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Implementation:Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., Procurement, Contracts, Supplier Management, Sourcing, Spend Analysis).Conduct requirement gathering, process design workshops, and gap analysis.Configure SAP Ariba solutions to align with client requirements and industry best practices.Manage and oversee system integrations with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and other third-party systems.Demonstrations and Proof of Concept:Design and deliver 4-5 successful product demonstrations or Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions to showcase SAP Ariba capabilities.Effectively communicate the business value of SAP Ariba to stakeholders during pre-sales, design, and implementation phases.Project Leadership:Serve as the project lead or senior consultant for SAP Ariba implementation projects.Provide project planning, timelines, and risk management strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, procurement, and supply chain departments.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Client Engagement and Training:Act as a trusted advisor for clients, addressing strategic procurement challenges and business goals.Provide training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support to client teams.Build long-term client relationships to identify additional business opportunities.Optimization and Technical Expertise:Customize and enhance SAP Ariba functionalities based on client-specific needs.Recommend process improvements using SAP Ariba's features.Stay updated with the latest SAP Ariba releases and ensure compliance with industry standards.Documentation and Reporting:Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business process designs, technical specifications, and test plans.Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
