What are we looking for?
Role: Anchoring and managing this team to help develop robust protection portfolio and accelerate growth
This team is responsible for identifying opportunities in Protection space and develop product and their GTM strategies. The team creates value, leveraging on the below levers:
Product & Value Proposition - Building value proposition for the products to place the product through different channels of distribution
Regulatory & Product - Identify new product requirements basis partner, customer, market demands. End to end product portfolio management in order to be the first mover as a comprehensive player in this space
Process & technology - Design and develop platforms to manage on-boarding and sales journey in a seamless manner
Distribution and capacity building , Sales communication, Enablement and Support
Implementation – Ensuring “go live” of projects / products is on time and with superior quality
What does the job entail?
Drive sales strategy through multi-stakeholder collaboration in respective channels; Ideate and deliver on sales enablers that propagate business excellence (channel management)
Design and execute strategic interventions viz. campaigns, R&R, contests; Develop customer/ channel pitches and value propositions that best positions and communicates USP of our offerings.
Strong governance with channels to drive business drivers. Drive initiatives to increase term activization
Enable effective sales communication and Support through sales collaterals, innovative & effective pitches, regular interactions, trainings etc
Market benchmarking & competition updates, performance monitoring dashboards, key presentations
Strategy - Develop the Go To Market Strategy for the product and achieve the product - market fit
Education:
Post graduate from Tier-I/ II institute (Full-time candidate)
Work exp:
6-8 yrs+ in a Product development / sales & distribution strategy/ channel management
Familiarity with protection products
Strong analytical and reasoning skills for business enablement, gap identification and product ideation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is a must with an eye for detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power point (Advanced level)
