Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with 3+ years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing for web, digital, and paid platforms, possess advanced skills in modern design tools, and be comfortable working across multiple teams, including Social Media, Web Development, and Paid Marketing. We are looking for a candidate who will provide exceptional service to the company. Description The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually impactful graphics, web layouts, and video content that drive engagement and strengthen our brand identity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs for websites, social media campaigns, ads, and multimedia projects. Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other design tools is essential. Key Responsibilities Design creative and engaging visuals for websites, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and other digital assets. Work closely with the web team on UI/UX layouts and prototypes using Figma and similar tools. Edit and produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other editing software. Create brand-consistent templates and design systems for ongoing campaigns. Adapt graphics for various digital platforms and paid ad formats while maintaining design integrity. Create and edit engaging videos, reels, and animations for multi-platform distribution. Typography, Color theory, and Brand consistency knowledge are a must. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creatives align with SEO and digital marketing strategies. Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and creative best practices. Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines. Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional design experience. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. A strong portfolio showcasing web, social media, and video/multimedia design work is mandatory for application shortlisting. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Preferred Skills Certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX Design, Motion Graphics, or similar fields. Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, and Corel DRAW. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for web collaboration. Experience with 3 D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4 D). Understanding of typography, color psychology, and visual branding. Advanced skills in video editing, transitions, and sound syncing.
