The Developing Countries Regional Director holds a critical position aimed at propelling Amazfit's global business expansion across the APAC region. If you have a passion for health, fitness and technology, this role could be for you.
Job Responsibilities
Have deep understanding of India retail channels for consumer electronics (Smartwatch).
Have diverse resources for dealers and retailers to connect with to help us expand channels and grow retail sales.
Know how to deal with India KA (such as Amazon, Flipkart). For KAs, not only traditional electronics retailers, but also sports and outdoor retailers.
Build up a trustful long-term relationship with key clients, E-commerce/wholesalers/retailers to understand the business needs, requirements and potential business opportunity;
Know the local market well, know how to manage marketing/branding campaigns, especially for running/outdoor product segments.
Have connections with local marketing PR/KOL agencies and running/outdoor community, know how to spend budget smartly to have the best ROI.
Deeply understand digital and content marketing
Go-to-market plan (price, product positioning, promotion and channel strategy);
Partner with HQ team to optimize products and feedback the key findings from market research, client suggestions and industry development reports etc.
Know how to manage business outside of India, for example Vietnam and Indonesia
Qulifications
Bachelor degree or above in Business related major;
Language: Fluent English is a must
With proven 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the consumer electronics industry with excellent rapport with key clients;
Can demonstrate a successful track record in achieving consecutive sales targets (revenue, volume, margin, market share etc.,)
Used to work in a fast-moving and changing environment and be able to work under pressure;
Self-starter / self-motivated but determined to get the results
Agile style and embraces changes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent organisational skills to prioritise different tasks;
Strong teamwork and collaborations;
