Position : Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultant

Location: Gurugram, HR/ Bangalore, KA/ Mumbai, MH/ Chennai, TN/ Hyderabad, TG/ Kolkata, WB

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office per week)

Duration: Full time

Experience: 6-8 years mandatory

Job Description:

  • Good understanding of the Business Processes.
  • Experience in End to end Implementation.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
  • Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes
  • Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
  • Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
  • Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
  • Has worked with small and large teams
  • Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Experience with SME skill in either of the following modules:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn
