We are looking for a bright and passionate Technical Business Analyst with the skills below


  • Strong Knowledge on RTOS, bare-metal coding, C, Context switching, Multi-threading, Scheduler development.
  • Embedded Product development knowledge and software development lifecycle and Project Management. (Preferred Agile methodology)
  • Experience in hardware peripherals and microcontroller architecture
  • Knowledge of Linux Platform/RTOS with an emphasis on embedded device driver development, multi-threading, and firmware debugging
  • Sound and proven decision-making skills to influence the technology choice and implementation methodologies.
  • System design skills using state diagrams.
  • Knowledge on Bootloader design and OTA
  • Azure DevOps platform knowledge. (EPICS, User story, Sprints etc)
  • Create development backlog - Capture firmware feature requirements and create related user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Sprint Planning - Work with PO and Dev teams to identify user stories and tasks for specific sprints and ensure sprint scope is clearly defined.
  • Run sprint dailies and monitor sprint closure - tasks and User stories are closed within expected timeframe.
  • Candidate should have firmware development background
