Reporting to the Manager - US GAAP, you will be responsible for:Liaising with internals teams to resolve operational issues related to assets, assisting in documentation preparation for internal/external audits and SOX compliancesAnalyzing and processing asset additions, verifying POs and invoices for accuracy, authorization, and compliance before recording entries in the FARManaging the end-to-end process of asset transfers between locations, including documentation, transaction posting, and reconciliation across entitiesManaging disposals/retirements obtain approvals, calculate gain/loss on disposal, prepare disposal journal entries and supporting documentationExecuting periodic physical verification, reconciling physical counts to FAR and resolve exceptions, supporting the reconciliation of general ledger accounts with FAR, resolving discrepanciesWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)Master's degree in accounting or finance coupled with at least 1-3 years of relevant accounting experienceExperience with NetSuite or another similar ERP system and advanced excelWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Prior exposure to multi-location / multi-entity asset accounting and intercompany transferStrong communication and analytical skillsStrong ability to give attention to detail and to perform multiple tasks at the same time
