Responsibilities:


- Conceptualize and execute creative designs for a variety of projects including marketing materials, advertising campaigns, social media graphics, website assets, presentations, and more.

- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the desired message and resonate with our target audience.

- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide constructive feedback and contribute to the creative process within the design team.


Qualifications:


- Experience: 0-1 years

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.

- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and adapt to feedback and changing priorities.

- Experience with web design, UI/UX principles, and motion graphics is a plus.
