BIM Engineer - MEP

Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Join our BIM – Tunnels and Underground Structures team in Gurgaon 

We are part of the Tunnels and Underground Structures department, consisting of more than enthusiastic colleagues working from India, Denmark, UK and North America. We have a proven history of making underground tunnels, metros, immersed tunnels, shafts and pumping stations. We are part of COWI's International business line, we embrace cultural diversity and highly value our social and friendly environment. COWI's Underground structures team is rapidly growing and that is why we are looking for a  BIM Engineer - MEP.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Develop accurate 3D models of MEP systems (Electrical & ELV, HVAC, PH & FF) from concept stage to detail design stage Prepare single line drawings for all MEP systems Preparing Revit families Coordination and clash resolution of MEP disciplines in Navisworks Understanding of Design Conduct quality checks on BIM models and documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards  Coordinating with design engineer for the information required to prepare Revit models and generate drawings as required

Moreover, you will have :

Diploma/Engineering qualification in Electrical/Mechanical with 2-8 years of experience Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP Experience in Dynamo, MicroStation, AECOSIM will be an added advantage Good understanding of design concept of any one discipline (HVAC/PL & FF/Elec) Good understanding of BIM Standards and workflow Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preference will be given to the candidates with working experience in Tunnels and Underground Metro stations or large infrastructure projects
