Position: Trustee Officer

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs

Reporting to: Board of Trustees

Location: Gurugram

CTC: As per industry standards


Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Trustee Company and discharge all such activities assigned to the Trustee Officer.

2. Co-ordinate, supervise for compliance under SEBI MF Regulations, Corporate Laws, etc. for

Trustee Company as assigned by Trustee Company.

3. Liaison with the Compliance department with the MF Compliance function.

4. Monitor the Action taken report prescribed by the Trustees and follow up action.

5. Co-ordination of Statutory Audit, SEBI Audit, Internal Audit, etc. including presenting to

Trustees the audit observations and work with the Trustee Board to provide Trustee comments

for various audits and Inspection like SEBI Inspection, System audit report, Cyber audit report etc.

6. Ensuring implementation of SEBI circulars w.r.t Trustee’s obligations.

7. Preparation of Trustee report to unitholders.

8. Preparation of Trustee reports to be filed with SEBI, etc.

9. To ensure implementation of all activities assigned by the Trustee Company and to work under

the supervision and direction provided by Trustee Board.

10. Interpretation of SEBI MF Regulations, various SEBI Circulars and other statutory

laws/regulations/guideline.

11. Execution of roles needed to interact within the organization to enable smooth functioning of

routine operations.

12. Integral functions with internal teams like Investment Operations, Investments, Compliance &

Risk, CEO Office etc.

13. Interaction with auditors and fulfilment of requirements.

14. To ensure that investors' complaints are resolved in a timely manner.


Qualification:

MBA Finance/ Company Secretary with minimum 5 years of experience in financial services

industry.
