Time Zone: UK time working (1.30 pm to 10.00 pm or 2.30 pm to 11.00 pm)

Role Summary: -

•Accounts payable entries, like coordination with the internal team and vendors.

•Compliance and collecting invoices with zero queries towards audit compliance

•Overall accountability for SAP entries, Regulatory and Statutory Compliance

•Excel reports to management for all entities.

•Liaison with Banks, Accounts, Finance, Commercial, Budgetary, Treasury & Accounts payable Team of the company for accounting purposes.

•Co-ordination with stakeholders for financial reporting and coordination with the team.

•SAP - accounting and reconciliation of intercompany Balances.

Duties and Responsibilities

•Preparation of a day-to-day tracker for invoice collecting and information to be provided to various in-house and audit teams.

•Timely Preparation of bank entries in Excel and shared with different stakeholders weekly, and an invoice tracker daily.

•Preparation of Notes for pending invoices and advance payment details to the reporting manager every week

•Preparation and posting of Intra-group transactions, revenue, and balance sheet items.

•Independently handling vendors for collecting invoices.

•Weekly reporting on the accounting status to clients.

•Monthly Intercompany reconciliation.

•Ability to work on SAP, books of accounts independently.

Qualification & Experience

Educational / Academic Qualification Essential: Inter CA / M. Com  Desirable:       ACCA

Professional Certifications / Additional Qualifications

Essential: SAP ECC 6, ERP exposure, Other Accounting Platforms. Desirable: QUICK BOOKS Exposure

Experience: 3-5+ years of Industry experience in Accounts. Should be a Hardcore Accountant.

Salary: Rs 4-6 lakhs PA based on qualification and experience.
