Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled Datacom Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in C programming, Linux systems, and networking protocols. This role requires a deep understanding of network infrastructure, with a focus on L2 and L3 protocols, particularly BGP.


Responsibilities :


- Develop and maintain data communication software components.


- Design, implement, and test network protocols and algorithms.


- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot issues.


- Collaborate with network engineers to understand requirements and translate them into software solutions.


- Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and industry trends.


Qualifications :


- Strong proficiency in C programming language.


- In-depth knowledge of Linux operating system internals and system programming.


- Extensive experience with networking protocols, including TCP/IP, Layer 2, Layer 3, MPLS, BGP, and OSPF.


- Hands-on experience with network equipment configuration and troubleshooting.


- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with network simulation and testing tools.


- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Perl, etc.).


- Understanding of network virtualization and cloud technologies.
