We will ensure to contact you at earliest.Key Skills Required:UX Writing and Content Writing.ResponsibilitiesTo build, test, publish and maintain semantically structured content that delivers customer-centered solutions in line with an Omni channel content strategy.Best practice CMS governance, including any semantic content governance and reuse strategiesBuilds a bank of specialist product or platform knowledge in the processUpload editorial, research, product and marketing campaign content to the relevant websites using various web Content Management Systems and AEM in particular. The role holder will be responsible for content changes which can range in size from regular, small editorial changes to large scale projects involving the migration and development of entire sites.The role holder will manage the web content changes processes and the demand requests submitted through these to ensure that all changes meet brief and stakeholder requirements, and that all changes are implemented.Ensure that all our customer journeys match content strategy and customer experience principlesEnsure appropriate and accurate application of brand guidelines and appropriate use of templates and design frameworksStrong experience and strong knowledge of all elements of content management and platforms. Experience ofAEM, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Assets, JIRA & confluence tools.experience in advocating the use of content management as a UX discipline that provides a valuable business asset and is a cornerstone of any true customer experience strategy.Stakeholder ManagementLeadershipRisk and control objectiveAn understanding of HTML and basic CSSExcellent Communication skillsDesignation offered depends on depth of expertise and overall experience and relevant experience.
