About the Company:

We are seeking a passionate Medical Doctor (Ayush) for Clinical Sales and Marketing. To promote our drug-free therapies for chronic diseases. The ideal candidate will empower patients to make informed health decisions by combining clinical expertise with exceptional communication and empathy.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to promote drug-free therapies to patients with chronic diseases.- Implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.- Develop educational materials on managing chronic diseases- Provide personalized guidance and support to patients on their wellness journey.- Empower patients to take an active role in their health through evidence-based information.- Work closely with internal teams to align sales & marketing activities with company objectives.- Provide feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.- Develop individualized wellness plans incorporating lifestyle modifications.- Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and stress management.- Monitor patient progress and adjust wellness plans as needed.- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients.- Maintain detailed patient records and track progress.- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing timely support.- Track KPIs and provide regular reports on sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- AYUSH Qualification (BAMS/BHMS/BUMS or equivalent).- 1-2 years of clinical experience treating patients with chronic diseases.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Passion for promoting drug-free therapies and empowering patients.- Experience in digital marketing and social media engagement.
