JOB ROLE SUMMARY -:
The principal will be responsible for developing an action plan for implementing educational plans, policies, and
curricula that aligns with the school's vision statement, overseeing, hiring and supporting teaching staff, managing school’s academic operations, fostering a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student success and wellbeing, and integrating technology seamlessly into the learning environment for planning, instruction, monitoring, and assessment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED -:
1 - Education leadership
Developing an action plan for ensuring smooth academic operations and a plan for school improvement every year.
Co-creating with and supervising pilot studies for teachers to enhance educational programs and improve student learning outcomes.
Creating systems that help teachers succeed.
2 - Team leadership
Oversee all aspects of teacher recruitment, including hiring, onboarding, training, and related responsibilities.
Developing and implementing professional development programs for teaching staff.
Keep abreast of emerging trends in education and technology, ensuring that staff remains at the forefront of pedagogical and technological advancements.
3- Technology Integration:
Design and implement a technology integration strategy to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Collaborate with educators to integrate technology into lesson planning, instructional delivery, and student assessment.
4 - Community Engagement and Development -:
Build and nurture relationships with the local community, parents, and stakeholders.
Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at increasing community involvement in the educational process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS -:
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Experience in curriculum development and assessment practices, with a focus on aligning educational programs with academic standards and best practices.
Technologically proficient with a deep understanding of educational technology trends.
Strategic thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze and use data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.
Proven ability to engage with the broader community to build partnerships and support the school's mission, including volunteer recruitment, and advocacy efforts.
Strong education sector experience (knowledge of gaps, challenges & scope)
Experience -:
Exceptional performance as a teacher for 2-4 years
Overall work experience of 5+ years, with success in leading 5+ member teams.
SALARY (PER ANNUM) -:
Rs 4,80,000 to Rs 8,00,000
