The Role:
As a Consultant, you will analyze and influence the policy, regulatory frameworks that drive advancements in solar, wind, and other renewable energy sectors. Your expertise will help shape the policies that foster sustainable energy solutions across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the market developments on a continued basis to assess and develop policy, and regulatory strategies that support the growth and regulation of the solar, wind, and broader renewable energy sectors.
- Advocate for robust and supportive regulatory environments that enhance market viability and innovation in the renewable energy space.
- Engage with stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and energy providers, to promote effective energy policies.
- Responsible for executing projects, conducting research, and providing technical and policy advice.
- Manage smaller projects or components of larger projects with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver integrated advisory services.
- Generate insightful reports and presentations that inform and persuade a diverse audience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Master's degree in Business administration (MBA in relevant areas), or Master's degree in Energy, Power management, Renewable Energy, policies and regulations, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with a focus on renewable energies.
- Proven experience of a minimum of five years in the renewable energy, /power markets, particularly in policy analysis, consulting, or strategic developments. Candidates having exceptional contributions in the RE policy space with 3+ years of experience in industry or research may also apply.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate energy policies and their market impacts.
- Exceptional communication abilities, capable of crafting and delivering compelling messages.
- A dynamic, fun-loving approach to professional challenges, with excellent project management, and technical report writing skills.
