Job Description - We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies, specifically targeting lead generation. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) through various digital marketing channels.

About the company - Academy of Vedic Vidya is a division of “SkillEnable Edutech Private Ltd.” that specializes in employability-focused Occult Science courses. We have been able to make a footprint pan India through our student-friendly classes taken by qualified and efficient trainers. As it is a completely new segment in the Education industry, Digital marketing plays a vital role in lead generation, client reputation building and the overall growth in the company’s revenue generation.

Schedule: Day shift (Monday-Saturday)

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Work From Office)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement performance marketing strategies tailored to generate high-quality leads.

* Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms like Facebook, Google and others focusing on paid search, Search Engine Optimization, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.

* Conduct thorough audience research to identify target segments and develop customer personas for effective lead targeting and messaging.

* Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and lead capture forms that drive conversion.

* Implement lead tracking and attribution mechanisms to accurately measure and report campaign performance, including lead quality and cost per lead.

* Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data using industry-leading analytics platforms, providing regular reports and insights to clients.

* Identify optimization opportunities based on data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

* Utilize CRM tools to nurture leads and create effective lead nurturing workflows that drive higher conversion rates.

* Manage cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.

* Proven experience in digital marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

* Paid campaigning knowledge (PPC, FB Ads, Google Ads) is a must.

* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

* Strong project management skills

* Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

* Should be passionate about the education sector.

* A go-getter, who is willing to work individually under pressure to meet the desired result for the company.

* Capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving to ensure integrity and customer-centricity.
