Job Title: Graphic Designer

Department: Marketing & Communications

Reporting Manager: Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and elevate our visual communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong design eye, exceptional digital design skills, and a deep understanding of corporate, event, and print design principles. We require someone who can effectively take briefs, interpret client needs, and deliver visually stunning designs that meet our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns- Create a wide range of digital design assets, including emailers, PPTs, social media graphics, and website elements- Design and produce corporate design requirements, such as logos, branding materials, and style guides- Develop print deliverables for events, including brochures, posters, and signage- Design and create impactful merchandise for events and brand promotion- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design- Explore and implement innovative design techniques, including AI tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital, corporate, event, and print design- Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva)- Strong typography and color theory knowledge- Ability to take briefs and translate them into creative and effective designs- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail- Willingness to work in the North American time zone (night shift in India)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience in AI design tools is a plus

Desired Skills:

- Experience with 3D design and animation tools- Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices- Strong writing and communication skills- Ability to think outside the box and generate original design ideas
