Our collaborative, fast-paced environment encourages innovation, learning, and professional growth while delivering real impact for our clients.About the Role We are hiring an  ETL & Tableau Data Engineer  for a full-time, permanent remote role. This role requires strong expertise in  both ETL and Tableau  to ensure seamless, end-to-end data operations. You will build scalable pipelines, optimize SQL queries, prepare Tableau-ready datasets, and maintain the overall health of our data ecosystem.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain  ETL processes  across multiple data sourcesBuild, optimize, and tune  complex SQL queries  for analytics, reporting, and dashboard performanceDevelop and maintain  data warehouse solutions , ensuring accuracy and consistencyCollaborate with BI and analytics teams to ensure  data readiness for Tableau dashboardsSupport Tableau backend needs including  data modeling, extracts, joins, and performance optimizationTroubleshoot and resolve  data pipeline and ETL issues  for uninterrupted data flowImplement  data governance standards, documentation practices , and data security protocolsRequirements Strong experience in  ETL development, data pipelines, and data warehousingAdvanced  SQL  skillsHands-on knowledge of  Tableau data architecture , including extracts, sources, joins, and performance tuningExperience with integration tools (Talend, Informatica, Apache Airflow, etc.)Experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) — bonusStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to  join within 2 weeksNice to Have Ability to provide light Tableau troubleshooting support for visualization teamsFamiliarity with the  German language  is a bonus but not mandatory
