Video Editor (NGO | Full-Time)

Role:
Own end-to-end post-production to deliver brand-compliant, impact-driven videos for campaigns, donors, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit long/short formats, reels, teasers, after-movies.
  • Build narratives (VO, lower thirds, captions) with dignity & consent.
  • Light motion graphics; basic sound mix; color correction/grading.
  • Versioning by platform/aspect ratio; multilingual subtitles.
  • Maintain brand governance, file-naming SOPs, and backups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Programs; iterate fast against feedback & SLAs.

Must-Haves

  • 2–5 yrs editing; strong
    Premiere Pro
    ; AE/Audition or Resolve basics.
  • Portfolio with social-first edits + at least one documentary/impact story.
  • Subtitling (SRT/embedded); Hindi/English (regional a plus).
  • Comfort with field/mobile footage and tight turnarounds.

Good to Have

  • Motion design (templates/MOGRTs), basic camera/DIT, YouTube SEO,

KPIs

  • On-time delivery ≥95%.
  • Quality score ≥4.5/5 (story, brand, technical).
  • +15–30% uplift in retention/CTR on priority assets.
